Templates are 9 to 15 seconds long. A video costs 80 to 100 credits per video (credit packs start at $9.90 for 100 credits). The price depends on the template's length; vertical and landscape cost the same. The exact credit cost is shown before you generate.

Packs are sold in credits, not videos: $9.90 buys 100 credits (about 1 video), $29.90 buys 330 credits (about 3 to 4 videos), $59.90 buys 750 credits (about 7 to 9 videos), $99.90 buys 1,400 credits (about 14 to 17 videos), $199.90 buys 3,000 credits (about 30 to 37 videos). How many videos that makes depends on the templates you pick, and leftover credits stay in your balance.

No. There is no free tier and new accounts do not get signup credits. The smallest pack is $9.90 for 100 credits.

No. Credit packs are one-time payments. Nothing renews and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.

No. Credits stay in your balance until you use them. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

Credits are held when you start a video and only charged when it is ready. If the render fails, the held credits go back to your balance automatically.

Checkout is run by our reseller and merchant of record, Link (by Stripe). You can pay with a debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or another method offered at checkout. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax or VAT for your country is added at checkout. We never see your card details.

Yes. You pay on the checkout page of our merchant of record, not on our site, and your card number goes straight to them over an encrypted connection. We never see or store it. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay you do not type your card number at all.

Payments through Link (by Stripe), our checkout, show up as “LINK.COM* REMIXMOTION”, or “ONELINK* REMIXMOTION” when you pay with your saved Link details. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email us first and we will look it up.

No. Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise. The only refund is automatic: if a video fails, its credits return to your balance. If you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, email support for a review.
